We are a small Dorset-based family business supplying free-range outdoor reared meat carved direct from the spit – perfect for any event large or small with being a qualified chef with 20 years experience in the catering industry. We are not a carvery or large volume industrialised Hog Roaster. 
Please Note: Our food is never precooked. We believe in doing things the traditional way and pride ourselves on providing good value high-quality outdoor catering with a friendly family atmosphere.
